Description
Living up to its name, the PowWow Coneflowers notch up the “wow factor” by producing more flowers in a season than most any others we’ve grown. And PowWow White’ holds true to its name and won’t disappoint. Extremely floriferous, it features large, 4″ diameter showy coneflowers with luminous white petals surrounding prominent golden orange center cones from late spring to late summer and sometimes sporadic bloom to frost. This one reblooms without deadheading, however removal of spent flowers encourages continual and heavier bloom, and the flowers are excellent for cutting. Very compact and vigorous, this is a beauty that deserves a spot in every garden where it will grow. USDA Zones 3a-9b.
Landscape & Garden Uses
The PowWow White Coneflower grows well in landscape and garden beds and containers. Growing 18 to 24 inches tall and spreading to form a clump 12 to 18 inches wide it is ideal for use as an accent in smaller garden spaces and large mixed container gardens. It is truly breathtaking in groupings or mass plantings in sunny landscape or woodland borders and perennial gardens. A fine addition to butterfly, cut flower, cottage and white color theme gardens.
Suggested Spacing: 16″ for mass plantings

Growing Preferences
PowWow White Coneflower is very easy to grow in most any well-drained average soil in full sun or part shade. Provide at least 5 hours of direct sun for best flowering. As with many other perennial plants, constantly soggy or wet soils can be problematic. Heavy, dense clay soils should be amended with organic matter to improve drainage.
